Bout — Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last updated 5 August 2026

DRAFT — not legal advice and not reviewed by a lawyer. Apple provides a Standard EULA that covers most apps and is applied automatically unless you supply your own. If you have no reason to deviate from it, deleting this page and relying on Apple’s is the simpler and safer choice. Delete this banner if you keep the page.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Bout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Bout on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, and do not use it to harass other people.

No warranty

Bout is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a game; it is not fit for any critical purpose and should not be relied upon as such.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
