Common questions
My opponent can’t see the game
Both players need Bout installed. If they don’t have it, the message shows a prompt to download it — once they do, the board appears in the thread.
The game isn’t showing in iMessage
Open a conversation, tap the + next to the text field, and check that Bout is enabled in the app drawer. If it isn’t listed, restarting Messages usually brings it back.
I found a bug
Please email me with your device model and iOS version. If you can describe what you did just before it happened, that usually makes it fixable in one pass.
Is my data private?
Bout collects nothing. See the privacy policy for detail.
